Saniya Yamin

Saniya Yamin is a high school senior from Virginia driven by a deep commitment to public policy, civil rights, and youth empowerment. She serves as a youth advisor to her county’s Board of Supervisors, interns for the Virginia gubernatorial campaign, and sits on the board of her local Young Democrats chapter, where she helps drive civic engagement. At school, she leads as captain of the Speech and Debate team and president of Model UN. She enjoys exploring new countries, hiking, baking, and listening to music.
