A senior at the Gilman School in Baltimore, James is involved in promoting youth political awareness in various facets. He serves as a Youth Intern for Baltimore Votes, a nonprofit that aims to encourage student civic engagement via service as poll workers during election seasons. Outside of Baltimore Votes, James is the President of Gilman’s Mock Trial team, which placed tenth at a worldwide competition, and Gilman's Young Democrats and Model UN Club. In his free time, James enjoys watching sports as well as playing golf and video games with his friends.
